		<description>Thanks for sharing this thought. It brings to mind a certain barista at my then local Starbucks who always had a smile and a pleasantry to share. One day I asked her about this wonderfully consistant behaviour and what she told me I  carry with me always.  She related the fact that very often she is the first and perhaps only person her customer may have any interaction with all day! She had decided that it should be a positive experience for the both of them.  I remember this and employ it every day in my comings and goings. It has made a huge impact on my life as I have met and learned from some of the most interesting people I might never have met otherwise.  

Your posts are very much like a daily smile!  I&#039;m sure many of us look forward to your messages in this way!
