When I started her book, "My Life in France," I sat in bed most of the night and read the entire book. The two things I believe Julia Child exemplified through her works were: "Classy" need not be pretentious and "classic" need not be complicated. I loved watching her show on PBS. She is missed.

Lucky you! Hold on to that book tight. Hey, if you only make one thing out of it, aioli is the right choice:) Bestest, Ted

The more I find out about her life the more I love her. We have the pleasure of owning a signed copy of her cookbook and need to make more recipes beyond the aioli!

Cheers!
