Wine Wednesday continues with another white wine that has been pretty darn tasty. Our late Summer continues to be quite magnificent, so we are entertaining outside as much as we can. This wine obviously caught my attention because of the catchy naming, but I also knew that they made quaffable wine. We had been to a Cavatappi wine pairing dinner many years back hosted by dear friends at Cafe Juanita, and we quite liked all the wines. I grabbed the bottle off the grocery shelf months ago and thought we would give it a try. It is a blend of Pinot Gris and Viognier–a very easy drinking wine. It was a winner, and we have served it all Summer long.

Ted… Can we buy it in New York?? It sounds awfully good….
Hi June. I would Google the name of the wine and see what shops pop up. My guess is yes, I would think you can, but not every distributor works in every area. Sorry to not be of more help. Good luck though, if you do find it, I think you will like it quite a best. Best, Ted
