Croteaux Rosé

20140521-092050.jpg Croteaux rosé was served the other evening at my book party in New York, along with other yummy libations. I was so excited that it was part of the party drink mix. I want to share with all of you one of my favorite rosés which is produced on the North Fork of Long Island, in Southold. You might remember, this is a place we hold very dear in our hearts as we have spent many a memorable time at our friend Cara’s family cabin over the years in Southold. We have gotten to know the Croteaux family–they produce just the most wonderfully delicious rosé. When I called up Paula to see if she could pull several cases for the party, I knew guests were in for a real treat. The sublime labels just the start to goodness that is in each bottle. They now ship, so check out their website. If you are ever in their neck of the woods, you must stop into their delightful tasting room. You can sit outside and feel transported to the French countryside sipping rosé while the afternoon slips away. Croteaux Vineyards
