I went to college in Portland (long, long ago:) and any special occasion supper was always at @ringsidesteakhouse Made me so happy to see that it is still listed as one of the best restaurants in the city by @nytimes Everything about it makes it a ‘Classic’ which, as you know, ranks very high in my book. Oh what fun memories I have of my fraternity brothers and I enjoying celebratory meals there! The years of hard work & love that goes into something of continuous excellence is absolutely something to be honored.

Has been such fun hunting & gathering for the guest house this past month. Found so many gems and have a list of things still to source. Finishing up the project when we are back end of December.
