Town & Country Tulips

Tulip season is rapidly drawing to a close, so I am taking every opportunity for us to have them around us each day. This latest round lived in town in a green pitcher on the kitchen counter during the week, with the blooms still tight and varying shades of green. They then travelled to the beach and lived in a vintage McCoy vase on the dining table. The tulips opening ever so slightly and turning a soft white mixed with the soothing green. I am savoring each and every bloom of my beloved tulip, as the season fades away.
