My Favorite Things Today
October 18, 2012The Market shop at 86 Pine is where I spent the last 2 days working the floor, doing display work, and getting out oodles of new product. A quick spin around clicking away produced these images. We don’t sell tons of ornaments during the Holidays, but some we sell year round, as they work tied off of a package or just make a nice gift any time of year. The above ball encrusted with vintage buttons feeds my button obsession.
A soap dish with crossed arrows that could be used as a holder for rings or jewelry on a bedside table.
A new Diptyque scent for us–always brightens up a new display.
Just can’t get enough of interesting coffee table books.
Tea light holders that I found in New York that are decoupaged with vintage botanical images.
It is that time of year where taper candles start getting used often. Beeswax, whether rolled or solid, are always my favorite.
An order of Italian Rance beautifully boxed soaps arrived the other day with a few new scents for Watson Kennedy. These make such great gifts, as they are already stunningly gift boxed all set to give.
Faux bois, which you know we are crazy about, in the form of a mouse pad.
An assortment of just the prettiest opaque white candlesticks. These would look awesome running down a large dining table all askew.
I adore these penguin pitchers. We have carried them in white for quite some time, but this shading is new for us. Fun!
An all-linen towel from the French company Cote Bastide. Numbers & letters–we heart numbers & letters.
The berry scent is new from Fresh. Anything from Fresh is always a customer favorite.
Our new 2013 calendar towel that is made for us by LJF in France recently arrived. I am so happy with the coloring this year. I love gifts that are both stylish and practical. This dish towel will just get better & better with washing and will last years.
There you have it! My new favorite things at this moment. Many of them are not yet on our website, so please feel free to call the shops with questions or always feel free to send me an e-mail directly.
