White Tulips

There they were. Early October and the grocery store already is selling bundles of tulips. Oh my. I could not sort thru the buckets fast enough to find the best perky bunch of white hothouse tulips in the lot. All set and ready for the 5 vintage clear bottles that were waiting on the dining table. Simple. This is by far the earliest I have ever found tulips. Amazing. I think I said good-bye to our last bunch of tulips in June. I guess 3 months without my favorite blooms is not such a long wait. I know I said this already, but again, amazing.
