Carnations For The Win

Grocery store carnations once again to the rescue. They are our Flower Friday bloom of the week, snuggling up next to soon to be dancing potted paperwhites. The dining table needing some fluttery goodness, which the massed carnations provide in spades. Form a tight bunch in one hand adding to it from the other hand. Once a bundle is created, cut the stems quite short, as you want the blooms resting along the lip of your chosen vessel. Then carefully add the whole bouquet into said vessel that is filled with water. Could not be easier. For the price of a latte you are off and running for a week of floral happiness.
