Flower Friday Peonies

Our friend Sharlet dropped off a stunning arrangement last week that was peony laden as a gift to us. She is one of the floral artists who had created a stunning Mother’s Day bouquet that we sold at WK. She knows how I swoon over peony so this indeed was a welcome treat. As things started to wane later in the week I started pulling out individual peony from the group to give them their last final cut, quite short, to get every ounce of glorious life from them. Then I dotted the blooms singly around the apartment. I am looking at one right now on my bedside table that is making me crazy happy.
