Well, let’s just say I got quite a few request yesterday for Julia’s ‘Hot Cheese Olives’ recipe. They are one seriously savory bite. We swapped out the pimento-stuffed olives for Italian Castelvetrano olives. We are not big pimento fans. Just make sure they are pitted! Really any pitted olive you like will do. We cut the below original recipe in half as there were just three of us. But looking back, that was silly. We easily could have polished off the full batch. I mean, these are truly awesome. They are our Wine & Dine Wednesday treat for the week. Enjoy!
