Making your own vinaigrette is so easy you will never feel inclined to buy store bought again. That way you are in control of the ingredients and the quality of those ingredients. So use the very best you can get your hands on. Plus even after all these years of making our own vinaigrette, I still get that little thrill feeling while whisking it up of making something. To me that is such a fun part of cooking. This is one I make time and time again when a fresh kale salad is on the menu. After it is all mixed together and bowled I like to add in dried cherries or cranberries and give the whole thing a little dusting of fresh Parmesan with the microplane. Happy Wine & Dine Wednesday!
