Spring Tulips

It might only be Wednesday and not quite Flower Friday yet, but the tulips at the Pike Place Market are kicking into gear. More and more stall are filling their buckets with the blooms, so I thought it appropriate that they get an extra special shout-out this week.

I rarely mix them with anything else in the vase, as they are striking just as they are massed together. Their simplicity heavenly in every way. Often I dot them around our spaces in single stem vases, which is always pleasing to the eye too. But for today, bundles of them is what is feeling quite right.
