Collecting and Collections

Collecting and collections can hold all sorts of meanings. So often for us, a collection begins out of a love for a certain object. Here, creamy English ironstone platters. They are beautiful to look at as well as amazingly functional to use in the kitchen or for entertaining. A win/win in my book. Most everything we collect we try and ‘use’ so it becomes form and function. Collections can be a few or many, they just need to add a little pitter patter to your heart when you look at them, and you are off and running.
