The Beauty of Fresh Eggs

We made a stop in Millerton on Saturday at their Farmers Market on the way to Millbrook. Many of the stalls had fresh eggs. I am always so taken with their simplicity and beauty. They are such a treat to cook with. The green container of eggs just had to come home with us. Egg salad on the menu this week, for sure. Happy Wednesday all!
