Along with grabbing those outdoor meals whenever you can, hand and hand with that thought is taking time to just sit and let your mind wander. The last year and a half has taught us so many lessons. Taking time to be alone with our thoughts vital. To dream with your eyes open. Even to do nothing. Just be in the moment. Listen to the wind, the birds, the stillness. Let your mind be free of worry. Just be.
