Domaine Les Pallières Gigondas Rosé Au Petit Bonheur 2020

Wine & Dine Wednesday a lovely, lovely rosé that arrived at the shop last week that is pretty darn spectacular. I have mentioned in the past my deep admiration for all things Kermit Lynch. He was the leading pioneering rosé importer when the wine was not well-known and somewhat looked down upon and continues to be the leader to this day. So when he introduces a rosé, I listen. Or now, in this case, I buy! The color the palest of pink, which is always my starting point. When we did a wine tasting recently at the shop to see what new wines I wanted to bring in, this was at the top of the heap. Here is what he has to say about this goodness in a bottle.
