Season Ending Tomatoes

Wine & Dine Wednesday all about the season ending tomatoes that are so plentiful at the grocery store & farmers market stalls. Eat them as they are with a bit of salt to bring out their natural juices, enjoy them with a slather of mayo on you favorite bread, roast them with garlic and a heavy glug of olive oil. However you best like them, now is the time to savor. The little pint containers make sweet little gifts too. Cheers to the tomato!
