Excited to once again be teaching a class this Summer at Kurtwood Farms on our beloved Vashon Island. Entertaining, table settings, cooking up a lunch, playing with flowers, a Q&A, and leave with a signed copy of my book. It will be such a fun afternoon! A personal favorite, fluttery ruffly yellow tulips dancing down the dining table in town in clear vintage vessels as I quite like seeing the stem as part of the visual too. Simplicity indeed—love how each bloom gets lots of much deserved attention. Happy {Flower Friday} all! X, T2+H

Happy National Pet Day! Oh my gosh, where would we be without our cherished pets. Hendricks getting his first full haircut today, perfectly timed in honor of the day. He slept in his bag for a few hours after, at the shop, then woke up and had to tell me all about it. As we like to say, he can go from 0 to 60 in no time at all. As well as from 60 to 0 in the same amount of time. He brings so much love & joy to our home and such fun into every day. #TheLifeOfHendricks #ShopkeeperDog
