Amaryllis In Full Bloom

Flower Friday about a moody in full bloom amaryllis in the middle of the night lit by the light of our tiny Christmas tree. Think I have written about this before, but we alternate getting up at 3 to give Bailey her anti-seizure medicine. It is so still and quiet outside (and inside) at that time and incredibly peaceful. The Edison bulbs in the sconces and the little white lights of the tree shedding a bit of light on the blooms. Four glorious flowers we have patiently waited weeks to enjoy. They have not disappointed in the least. The amaryllis such a grand treat to visually enjoy while we have our meals at the dining table. A bit of flowery dinner theater.
