Life Imitating Life

I was scrolling through my 20,000 plus images on my phone yesterday looking for something and found these two fern laden images and I chuckled. We are huge fern fans and they were two images of new ferns in our life last year side by side. Above John Derian placements in Seattle and a row of new ferns planted at Hawthorne. Is interesting how things we like end up finding their way into our lives in different ways/forms. Not pictured are the amazing native sword ferns all over our property at WestWard. It might be where my love affair for ferns began. I can’t speak for Mister Sive on this one, as his might have begun at a different time. But we both have a major love for these lovely green beauties.
