Squeeze the juice of an orange over your next sheet pan of roasted vegetables. The citrus adding a nice hit of flavor. Then add a few halved oranges to the tray. The oils from the skin will mix in nicely with the veg. Plus they add a cool visual to the mix. Once cooled, they can be squeezed over the lot, as well. The roasted citrus also edible.
