With all that is going on in the world a little, or lots, of time away can be much needed and so good for the body, mind and spirit. Be it a park bench to read, or a beach blanket to catch some rays, or an Adirondack chair to watch the boats sail on by. Whatever form of ‘getting away’ works for you, do it. Often. Be it an hour or days, the time away can be just the right reset needed to refresh the soul.
