Everything Is Coming Up Roses

Flower Friday this week just had to be the rose laden windows Heather & I worked on this Wednesday. They make me as happy as a big overflowing vessel of heirloom roses would. I really wanted to treat the walls as if they had been wallpapered. The moment Jeanne started painting the big First Avenue display units, I started envisioning them as little rooms filled with all sorts of treats all the way up to Mother’s Day in May. While I adored the walls completely bare of product with all the goods laying flat on the landing for Valentine’s Day, I am really loving the layering that the Hugo Guinness artwork, mirror, sconce, chair, lamps and tables provide. Jeanne’s dreamy roses dancing about as we march toward Spring. Everyone have a swell last weekend of February! XX
