White Lilacs

A sweet bundle of white lilacs picked up the other day while out running errands are our Flower Friday blooms. They have been gracing the dining table giving lots of flower happiness this week. I find the white lilacs a bit less fragrant than the purple variety, so they don’t overpower while enjoying a meal. I adore lilac scent, but try and stay away from heavily scented flowers in close proximity while eating. These lilacs hit all the right notes and are a lovely reminder that May is indeed underway.
