Lilacs At The Finish Line

We arrived late last eve to Hawthorne. It felt a bit like a race to the finish line to see if there still would be lilacs or if we had missed the small window they were in bloom. The Hudson Valley had some super warm weather early which meant the lilacs got an early start. Caretaker Bill has a big white lilac bush in his yard, so he had a big bundle waiting for us upon arrival. TPS went and cut a big bunch in our front yard this morning that I will post on Flower Friday. We have a fun month planned. Thank you, always, for following along. XX, T2
