Find a well-priced wine or bubbly you like, and make it your ‘house wine’ and always have bottles of it at the ready. It is nice to be well stocked for when guests arrive unexpectedly and you are prepared in the libation department. Great for when you host large gatherings too. It will become your signature bottle that you can depend on for quality and availability.
