A Solo Breakfast

When you have lots on your plate and your mind is full and your ‘to do’ list is extra long, take yourself out to breakfast. It is a lovely way to take a breather and take some time for yourself and have some moments to let your mind wonder. You get to enjoy a yummy meal, people watch, which is a personal favorite, and you get to watch the world just roll on by. Incredibly restorative a solo meal out can be.
