The Final Stretch Of Peony Season

The cool weather the last few weeks extended the peony season and my Market walk through the flower stalls was treated to the last of the season blooms that are just plain dreamy in every way. We have a vintage Baccarat bulbous vessel that is housing my favorite stem from the big bunch I bought. It sits on the bookcases in the living room and it catches my eye each time I walk about the room. It just had to be the Flower Friday snap of the week. Everyone have a stellar last weekend of June.
