Campo Viejo Cava

Spanish Cava, a super affordable sparkling wine is my go-to when entertaining a crowd. I also reach for it when making a drink like an Aperol spritz, which has been our Summer drink out on the island this year. Cava plays so well with food. The Campo Viejo we sell at the shop has become my major favorite. Nicely balanced, with fruity notes, also lovely just on its own. Of course, the peppy orange label is a winner in my book too!
