With tomato season in full swing, it is time to savor the simplest yet sublime tomato sandwich. Toast your favorite bread. Then add generous amount of mayo. Slice super ripe tomato. Season liberally with salt. Add atop waiting bread. A big napkin is a must. Enjoy, enjoy. Pure heaven.
