Tidy Displays

Monday is my day to work solo at the 86 Pine Street shop. It is also my day we take up a good number of transfer bags filled with new product to incorporate into existing displays, or, create an entirely new display. Yesterday there were close to 20 bags filled with so many goodies. I LOVE display days! It is a time to let creativity run wild.

That can mean something different to each person. My Sagittarius tendencies leans me towards organized creativity. In a way, it has become my super power when coming up with shop displays. Things are highly visual, while being quite organized. The way I think of it, it is soothing for the eyes, even though it can be a tremendous amount of product.

Color plays a large part in my plan. Always. Plus I love full, very full, row after row of product. It just makes my heart happy. The displays are super organized, with dashes of creativity strewn about. There is no place for boring in a Watson Kennedy vignette. Please know I am smiling while I typed that. The biggest part is that I have fun creating them, and in turn, the customer has fun shopping them!
