Cooking At Kurtwood Farms

I have had several folks ask me at the shops this past week what we made at the class I taught recently at Kurtwood Farms as part of Kurt’s Summer series. I went with my go-to chicken dish with Meyer lemons & olives. It is such an easy thing to make for a crowd, and I knew I could get my hands on a bag of Meyer lemons, so that sealed the deal. I have adjusted to making it on a sheet pan over the years since first writing about it in 2015. Recipe below. Thought it would be perfect for the Wine & Dine Wednesday post today. Enjoy!
