Orchid By Candlelight

Flower Friday a beautiful orchid friends brought us when we had them to supper before we left for our New York stay. It was such a kind gift that keeps on giving. Orchids can last a good long while if simply cared for with a nice water each week where you flush water through it in the sink. This lives in our back hall which is a sort of Tiffany box blue, on a long bench filled with books and delights. Candle light fills the space and bounces light around which I quite love. Have not had the chance to buy flowers since we returned, so the orchid is keeping us flowery happy with all of its blooms. Everyone have a fab October weekend! X, Ted
