A Single Spectacular Stem

Flower Friday all about a single stem vase that is filled with one very spectacular amaryllis stem. We arrived back late Tuesday eve from New York and one of our beautiful potted, many stemmed amaryllis had dropped a quite heavy stem to the dining table top, where it was looking all pretty. Snip, snip and within no time at all it was in the entry hall for all to enjoy. It has been so lovely these last few days watching it start to unfold.
