The Dainty Beauty Of Snowdrops

Flower Friday about snowdrops. They are known for being the first flowers of Spring, often blooming while snow is still on the ground. Our friend Catherine brought me this from her garden, it is blooming a few weeks ahead of schedule, being an incredibly welcome sign of the season ahead. I slipped it into a mix of things on a kitchen shelf and it seemed as if it has lived there forever, nestled among all the green. Happy last day of February everyone! X, Ted
