Guest Cottage Dining Room

This Hawthorne stay is about putting lots of finishing touches on the guest cottage. The finishing touches are what give a home so much of its personality. It is all the little details that can make a space sing. While no room or home is completely done in my book, it is the layering that adds so much visual interest. We are still looking for the perfect round dining table, so caretaker Bill let us borrow an old, super cool folding table that was a banquet table from a hotel in the area. Mismatched chairs, a tablecloth that does not quite fit, votive candles and our first ever Livia Cetti paper geranium plant. Along with a favorite landscape painting we found on our last stay. For the moment, the room is complete!
