Mirabeau X Rosé

We are going to celebrate Wine & Dine Wednesday on Thursday this week! Our flight was majorly delayed again, so not entirely certain what day it is, as got to sleep at 3 this morning. Insert large, groggy smile! But as my dear friend Elizabeth so lovingly says, all good. Majorly loving this Mirabeau X Rosé, which we served at the TPS birthday supper, as well as sipped it on the sunny days in the Hudson Valley. It is fab all on its own, and plays ever so lovely with meals. So often that is my benchmark for how much I like a certain wine. This is a very tasty pink!

X Provence Rosé originates from the beautiful wine growing area north of Aix-en-Provence. A pale peach-hued rosé with a nose of grapefruit and orange, with hints of white flowers (jasmine), and juicy stone fruits. The palate is vibrant with a beautiful length and freshness.
