To bump up the specialness of a bag of potato chips, try this. Mince up a spring of rosemary. Pour out the bag of potato chips onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the minced rosemary on top of the chips. Put in 300 degree oven and leave in until you start to get the scent of the warmed rosemary. Most likely 5 to 10 minutes max. You don’t want to cook the chips, just slightly warm them. For a major high/low which I so deeply love, put warmed rosemary chips into a highly polished silver bowl. Heaven.
