Ted’s Tip No. 546

The kind folks from Citadelle (makers of one of my most favorite gins, which also happens to be French, which makes me love it even more!) sent me a bottle of their new Rouge. Gin infused with juniper, red berries & rhubarb. I could not wait to take it out for a spin and make a twist on a Negroni. Shot of Rouge, shot of Campari and a little splash of Cassis. Then add a nice sized wedge of orange. Stir well. Pretty heavenly. A perfect Labor Day libation. Cheers!
