This glorious time of year when tomatoes are at their most abundant and flavorful, enjoy them simply every chance you get. They are such a gift. Salt liberally to bring out their amazing flavors. To gild the lily, give a splash of red wine vinegar to add an extra layer of goodness, but is absolutely not needed.
