Shop Snaps And The Zen Of It All

It has been a week since we arrived back to Seattle and it has been a glorious 7 days of non-stop display work getting the shops & windows into Holiday shape. A bit of a blur, but a really good blur. This is heaven to me. A bit like working on a big puzzle, but breaking it down into small sections at a time. I snapped a few tight shots at the end of the day, when my phone is really more my camera. Often I won’t touch my phone, which really is more like my computer, at all throughout the day. Which is kind of fabulous in a way. To be totally focused and in the zone. It sort of reminds me of my tennis days and playing a match and you block out any distractions and are completely focused on the moment. I love that feeling. To be absorbed in the now. That is what the display work and design of the spaces feels like for me when I am wrapped up in it all.
