Hotel Silver Love

Polishing the collection of vintage English hotel silver was on my to-do list. It is a task I take great pleasure in doing. Opera filled the air and I polished away as the last hour of the shop was open on Sunday early eve. The ritual can be incredibly relaxing and the result so satisfying. Each piece, ready for its closeup! All shiny, almost like new. Which for some of the pieces, which are close to a hundred years old, really quite something.
