Kick-Off To The Holidays Open House at WK

Please join us this Saturday, November 15th, from 10 to 6 at our First & Spring shop, for our Kick-Off To The Holidays Open House! It has become such a beloved tradition for us, seeing so many of you year after year. Bubbly and sparkling cider will be served. Festive tunes will fill the air and we WK elves will be wrapping the day away. Our shelves and tabletops brimming with stylish gifts galore.

Robin from Pollard Coffee on Vashon Island will be serving our WK blend coffee from 10 to noon. Fran’s Chocolates will be serving their iconic salted caramels from 1 to 3. The launch of our holiday collaboration with Fran’s will also be introduced that day! More on that later…

Artist Jeanne McKay Hartmann will, for the 10th year in a row, be painting her keepsake watercolors she creates specifically each year for the Open House. It is a tradition I love so much. These are an original limited series of 50 so please call or text me at 206.617.9678 to purchase one in advance before we sell out. These make incredible holiday gifts!

We would also like to take this time to remember those in need. As many of you are aware, SNAP food assistance has resumed for some families, but delays and disruptions are still affecting millions of households. This ongoing strain means that both people and their pets are facing real food insecurity. We will be accepting donations of canned food items as well as canned pet food to support families and their animals during this challenging period. We will distribute your donation to local Seattle agencies, along with our donations from WK. Thank you so much for considering.
