Ornament Love

As we arrive Christmas night, we love having our tree up until we head to Seattle at the end of January. Caretaker Bill does such a grand job getting the tree up for us so we begin enjoying it the moment we get to the house. It is funny, as I have had so many conversations with customers and the ‘rules’ are all over the place as to when folks think they should take their tree down. My humble opinion, I don’t think there should be a rule. If you love having a tree during the holidays, enjoy it as long as you would like! The time and expense can often be good sums, so bask in the glory of those beautiful branches as long as possible. For Hawthorne, we go with a variety of simple balls, clear & mercury glass. All shades of green. Of course. Insert large smile. Each year we think of adding others to the mix, but the simplicity of this grouping works so well we have yet to add more. Bottom line, we love our tree!
