Daily Happiness, Love & Joy

Yesterday I started writing/talking about a new daily ritual I am excited about. Since Instagram is my chosen social media platform (along with my daily blog post, of course!) I will post about it each day there, and many days will share that post here, on the daily blog. Below is what I wrote about yesterday.
