A Patchwork Madras Tablecloth

Sunday Supper was served on a patchwork Madras tablecloth that we have now had for several years and is beginning to show a bit of patina to it, which makes me wildly happy. A tad faded from the sun. Yippee! Like so many of my favorite shirts, the material just gets better with age. I would like to add, like we all do! The hydrangea still going strong after week three. Then a bunch of blue goodies to round it all out. Grilled steaks and a medley of roasted vegetables from farm stands on the island made for a lovely ending of the week.
