The Magic Of Paint

This is a reminder for all of us—paint can be one of the most creative AND inexpensive ways to change something up. Be it a wall or room, dresser, table, the list is endless. In this case, it is a pair of lucite chairs our niece had that we inherited from one of her moves in Brooklyn. They had gotten cloudy and were in major need of a spiff up. Caretaker Bill’s son Sam to the rescue! We had told him we wanted a bright green, and he nailed it. He did a beautiful job on them and completely brought them back to life. We will be at Hawthorne in a few weeks and I can’t wait to put them into action when we have guests over for a meal.
