Watson Kennedy Fine Home turns 10!

My shop in Seattle on First Avenue just finished celebrating it’s anniversary. We had 3 days of celebration at the shop, with live music on Friday night, hundreds of French tulips given to customers, as well as these amazing cookies made by our very own Pam Moller. Pam made over a hundred WK 10 cookies, that are made from her famous recipe. I am working on getting the recipe from her. When I do, I will pass it on.

I LOVE being a shop keeper. Of the many hats I get to wear, doing the displays at the stores is one of my favorite.

Having a theme always helps me to get the creative juices flowing. It was so much fun hunting for all of the 10s and all of the WKs. That twisted candelabra makes me weak in the knees. A huge shout out to Tamara & Ron for making the playing card sign and sending it as a gift–it really could not have been more perfect.

Thank you to all of you who sent such lovely and heartfelt e-mails and notes, and to all of you who were able to make it to the shop during the festivities. It will be a cherished memory.
