Cobalt Blue

It all begins with one item. In this case, it was the vintage cobalt blue apothecary jars that are below. Then I start seeing pieces I like more and more. The above lamp, actually part of a pair I found in New York, was added to the mix.

Cobalt blue is such a strong color visually, it pairs well with browns, tans, reds and yellows. The color works beautifully in glass, as the light shines through ever so slightly. I keep adding to the shop collection. I find the color works so nicely as candlesticks, in various shapes and sizes.
